I can’t even start to tell you how much fun I’ve had so far this year with the group training out in Kapiolani Park. So many awesome people have showed up so far an put out so much amazing work. It’s been a total learning experience for me watching so many people catch onto the concept of athletic based training for the first time and straight up own it. The development so far has been killer.
So here’s what we’re going to do. In order to keep this development going and to drive the work forward, we’re going to change gears slightly. I’m making the call at this point to transition the Kapiolani class indoors to Body Dynamics and the smaller group format. This way I can spend more individualized time in a much more flexible environment. We’re really going to start cranking down what was a very general conditioning format into a focused, performance development based program.
