I’ve been working with fitness trainers and coaches for the last 15 years since playing sports at a D1 college, and I can honestly day that Jt is absolutely the best trainer I’ve ever worked with.  Jt is incredibly knowledgeable about all dimensions of fitness and thoughtful and creative when it comes to planning and structuring each workout.  He consistently pushes me to my limit, which is always further than I could push myself if I were working out on my own, but is empathetic and flexible if we need to make adjustments during a session.  Perhaps most noteworthy is the fact that Jt takes a holistic perspective to my health and training; he tracks and gives me feedback on my nutrition and talks with me about my sleeping or how I’m feeling each week and day.

In terms of results, Jt diligently measures and tracks my progress on a set schedule.  I’ve lost over 12 pounds since I started working out with him, have gotten significantly stronger, and dropped two sizes in my clothes
