I’ve been making a big point in these club videos about the potential benefits for joint mobility, particularly shoulder mobility…And for good reason. How many people do you see walking around your local gym, or neighborhood for that matter, that probably couldn’t even scratch their own back if they had an itch?
Beyond that though there’s a lot of strengthening and conditioning going on for all those muscles that support and protect your spine. Screw the Bender Ball folds. We’ve got your “core” conditioning right here!
