I’ve spent 17 years as a professional trainer working with every type of client at any level of fitness you can imagine. Everyone has their own individual goals and specific needs for training.
From pro athletes to office workers, TV anchors, beauty queens and older populations, I’ve been honing my ability to work with each person and inspire the athlete within each. Through careful assessment, program planning and coaching we’re knocking out one goal after another.
Every program includes two assessments in addition to the actual training sessions. Private sessions are performed at Spring Fitness just off Ward Ave.

Kettlebell Small Group Training

Sometimes it’s just more fun with a friend. This performance oriented class is the intersection of high intensity 1-on-1 training and a high energy group setting. Small Group Kettlebell Training is based on kettlebell sport technique and limited to 5 people . All classes are conducted in the exclusive Spring Fitness Studio. This maximizes the personal attention for each client and retains a motivating high energy group dynamic.
Giravoy (Kettlebell) Sport is the organized, regulated version of the fitness tool you may already be familiar with. Kettlebell sport is about developing ultimate levels of endurance, focus, strength and efficiency in the body. This results in a combined cardiovascular and strength training challenge that is unparalleled.

Remote Training
It’s a global village! I get to call one of the most beautiful islands in the world my home, but just because you’re not here doesn’t mean you have to miss out on all the fun!
Beginning with a live phone assessment interview and simple movement screens, I’m able to get a clear picture of were you are now and where exactly you want to go. Each program is uploaded online to give you and me both ready access in order to adapt to your progress and adapt at any needs that may arise. Video demos are readily available. Don’t have a full gym at your disposal? No problem. Workouts are specifically tailored to the tools you have at hand.
Programs include initial assessment, regular checkins and email availability for progress updates, goal tracking and final assessment to compare your results.
