Welcome to it. Let’s ratchet it up a notch. All videos are posted below the workout. If you haven’t been practicing the db box jump progressions, then sub in an unloaded, regular box jump.
Well, I promised things would get interesting in the new year, and being the man of my word that I am, here you go. There are a million ways you can progress box jumps. So starting from what we’ve already practiced, here’s a couple of different directions to get you started.
Here it is, the last one of the year. It’s been an absolute pleasure training with you this year and I’m very much looking forward to 2010.
